The interesting thing with Esports played on PC at least is that you can see how many hours the professional players have put in based on their steam accounts.

Here is an example of one, and as you can see it seems to be a little less than the 10,000 often cited 🙂

Interesting. How old is CS GO? I mean, how many hours have passed since it was released?

Well it released on the 21st August 2012, so my search showed me that it was some 48528 hours ago! (as of writing this)
